The SurveyMonkey Salesforce Integration service (“SMSFI” or the “Service“) is provided subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms“) and any SurveyMonkey order form or similar SurveyMonkey document under which you purchased the Service (“Order Form“).
Capitalized but otherwise undefined terms in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Order Form.
1. Service Description
1.1 Description. SMSFI is a service that allows users to synchronize their SuveyMonkey data with Salesforce and trigger surveys to be sent via Salesforce or SurveyMonkey. The Order Form may specify additional details about what you purchased.
2.1 Salesforce Data Sync Tiers. Pricing for the Service is based on the purchase of a number of Sync Events permitted during the term of the Service subscription. A “Sync Event” occurs when SMSFI creates or updates a custom or standard Salesforce object (e.g. lead, contact, campaign, account, case, opportunity, custom object, etc.) based on a response to a SurveyMonkey survey. If you exceed the number of purchased Sync Events, overage fees will apply in accordance with Section 2.2. However, you will not receive a refund if you do not use all of your purchased Sync Events.
2.2 Overage Fees. If you exceed the number of Sync Events purchased on the Order Form, you will pay overage fees per each Sync Event in excess, as specified on the Order Form (or, if not specified, at US $2.00 per Sync Event).
3.1 Corporate subscription required. You must have a Corporate subscription (formerly known as an Enterprise subscription) to be eligible to purchase and use the Service.
3.2 Access by a Single Corporate Group. If your organization has multiple Corporate Groups and one of those Groups has purchased the Service, only the licensed Corporate Group will be entitled to use the Service.
3.3 Appropriate Salesforce Subscription Required. To be able to use the Service, you are required to have an appropriate subscription to the online services provided by salesforce, inc. or its affiliates (“SFDC”) via SFDC’s website (“Salesforce Subscription”). You, and not SurveyMonkey, are responsible for ensuring that the features and capabilities of your Salesforce Subscription support SMSFI and the purposes for which you intend to use SMSFI. You may need to order additional services from SFDC in order for the Service to properly operate with your Salesforce Subscription.
4. Relationship between the Service and your Salesforce Subscription
4.1 One subscription can support multiple Salesforce Subscriptions. Each subscription to the Service entitles you to use the Service with one or more Salesforce Subscriptions and instances.
4.2 Effect of Salesforce Subscription termination. If you cease to have any Salesforce Subscriptions (for example, due to the termination of all of your Salesforce Subscriptions for any reason), your associated Service subscription will automatically terminate. You will not receive a refund of any fees prepaid for the Service in the event of such termination.
5. Term and termination
5.1 Subscription. The Service is made available as an automatically renewing subscription. The term of your Service subscription is specified on the Order Form. Absent such specification, the initial term and any renewal terms will be 12 months each.
5.2 Corporate subscription required. Your Service subscription will terminate if you fail to maintain a Corporate Group.
