Childminder questionnaire – Childcare Offer take-up

PACEY Cymru are seeking feedback from childminders on whether they have signed up to deliver the Childcare Offer in their area and how easy this was for them. If not yet signed up, we are keen to explore what the reasons for this may be.

We only have a few short questions, and would appreciate your time to answer the following.
