In April 2019, Persimmon commissioned an independent review in order to assess the effectiveness of the Group’s new customer care measures and processes.
The review is being led by Stephanie Barwise QC, an expert in building and construction law. Stephanie is supported by Mischa Balen and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, with specific industry expertise provided by Clive Fenton.
As part of the review, the review team has undertaken a consultation exercise across a wide range of its stakeholders.
The public consultation has now closed and will no longer be taking submissions.
The Independent Review expects to report its findings to the Board later this year.
