Young people-friendly services |
The government tells us that health services should understand young people’s needs. This is so they can get the best care in hospital or a community setting, which is friendly and accessible for young people.
Healthwatch Gateshead and Healthwatch Newcastle, together with Children North East, want to find out your experiences of healthcare and suggestions for improvements.
The findings will contribute to the work of Healthwatch to make sure everyone can access young people-friendly services. Your input will also contribute to a wider consultation that Children North East is making about poverty-proofing health settings (commissioned by the Child Health and Wellbeing Network).
