Young Carers Services Consultation Questionnaire

Bristol City Council proposes a series of changes to the existing support offered to young carers and their families in Bristol.  These changes are captured in a draft commissioning plan.  The draft plan includes proposals that will help young carers achieve the following:

1). Young carers have a key person to talk to
2). Supporting young carers to have a social life
3). Supporting carers to get the best out of education and training opportunities
4). Supporting carers to work and access training
5). Supporting carers to shape policy and services

You can read the draft commissioning plan or the summary on the Consultation Hub: https://bristol.citizenspace.com/cyps/young-carers-commissioning-strategy

We would very much appreciate it if you could give us your views on our proposals by completing this survey by 22/07/2016.

There are 7 questions about the plan and 7 equalities questions it should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Your views are very important as they will help shape future services for the benefit of young carers and their families.

All information you provide is anonymous, and will not be shared wider than the project team; we will provide a summary of all responses after the consultation period is over.

If you would like this information in a different format, or a community language, please contact byl@bristol.gov.uk

Thank you for your time.
