How to address the elephant in the room

Thank you for participating in our new study into workplace communication. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. We will ask you a series of multiple choice questions - 19 in total - regarding how you manage your team. Think about a recent situation that occurred when answering the questions. There are no right or wrong answers, we are simply trying to understand how you, as a manager, feel about holding difficult conversations with your team. We will not share your details with any third parties and all of your answers will remain aggregated and anonymous
