I am disturbed by the severity of suffering at menopause and the lack of help and support that women receive.  In my most recent survey over two thirds of women said they were shocked by their menopause symptoms. Over 71% said they were looking online for help and less than 12% said they consulted their doctor.

Menopause is a life stage, not a disease.  It has a beginning and an end.  There are numerous science-based tools to help women overcome symptoms, but they are not necessarily being talked about. Very often doctors training is limited to hormone and drug-related treatments and they lack knowledge about other more natural approaches.

In 2018 the profile of menopause suffering was raised considerably, but the main focus was on how symptoms affect our productivity in the workplace, relationships at home and self-esteem.  Not much emphasis was put on the solution, on overcoming menopause symptoms and moving on to the next phase of life with reclaimed wellbeing. For this reason, I am asking women to complete my new survey 'What Women Want at Menopause' so that we can take it on board and help doctors and other medical practitioners deliver what's needed and wanted.

It will only take you a few minutes to complete my survey and to say thank you I am offering you a copy of my latest download about menopause – if you would like a copy just leave your email address and it will be emailed to you.

With many thanks,

Maryon
