We will confirm your booking and price with you directly. Please include the name of the booking as reference when making payment.

Party Event - a returnable £40 deposit is required alongside the event fee.

Cancellation Fee – we return your fee and deposit up to 7 days before the event. If cancelled less than 7 days before your event we return half the fee and your full deposit. If outwith your control due to any restrictions or due to an issue outwith the Trust control you will receive the full fee back.

The Trust can cancel an event at any time and will endeavour to give advance notice if this happens.

Tech Hire: £10 per piece of equipment an hour. Tech Hire plus staff support on the day - £30 an hour.

Current equipment: Projector and screen. BBQ. Kitchen Facility.

We require all groups booking the venue to leave the venue in a reasonable level of cleanliness when they leave. This is reflected in the low cost booking.

There are five available areas in the Wildside – 2 event rooms (one with kitchen), one meeting room, car park/gardens and marquee. Costs relate to each area of the venue.

If you require all the venue to yourself you need to book all areas. Please note as this is a working area staff may need use of an office and the meeting room (unless specifically booked for your use)

If you wish to take photographs please make sure you have the permission of everyone attending (relevant forms will be made available for you)

Individual groups must have their own public liability insurance. We can provide advice on this if required.

Heating is controlled remotely and will be on for your when you arrive. If not please contact our Facilities Staff (a contact will be provided for you)

In case of a fire please leave by any available exit and gather in the car park away from the building.

Please ensure everyone is out of toilets and the building after your event.

Please ensure all windows, doors and outside gates are closed when you leave and all lights are switched off.
