The aim of the survey is to help us understand how this resource is being used by educators and facilitators, and what young people feel they are learning from doing this course. This will inform how we can improve the educational resources we offer and to share our findings to help others.

By answering the survey questions, you are consenting to us using your anonymised data for research and dissemination purposes. All the answers you provide to the following questions will be held securely. Our data protection policy complies with the UK’s data protection legislation. This survey uses SurveyMonkey, and any information you enter will be stored in the US, under the PrivacyShield arrangement. Please see our privacy notice for more information about how we process personal data.

The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete and questions marked with an asterisk (*) require an answer. You can stop answering the survey at any time by closing your browser. Your answers will be completely anonymous and any information you provide will be stored securely and not released to any third party. It will not be possible to identify any individual from any published account of the results of this study. We will treat all data we collect from this survey as confidential.
