Postponement and cancellation policies

In order to help protect the reputation of all those involved in the wedding industry while helping couples and wedding suppliers get a fair deal during such challenging times, we'd like to establish what most suppliers feel is fair and reasonable
We have already completed a similar survey for venues; the results are with the CMA and BAIS to help inform them of the intricacies of the wedding industry.
Please base answers either on what you are already offering, or what you'd be prepared to do for couples affected by Covid disruptions.
