VetHelpDirect Communications Survey 2021

This survey is about how animal or pet owners and vets communicate. We've run it every 2 years since 2015, but this year it's especially important, as it will help us to help vets to help you as we come out of the pandemic.
It should take about 15 minutes, and for every completed survey up to our target (1000 responses), we will donate 20p to Mission Rabies. In addition, on the last page you can opt in to a prize draw for £100 of Pets At Home vouchers.
