There is growing evidence that buildings and our urban environment influence our health and wellbeing. ULI is undertaking an industry wide survey and research to gain insight into how investment decisions across the property life-cycle are being influenced by wellbeing.

This survey seeks to gain insights from all sectors and is not limited to investors.

What is Health and Wellbeing? For the purposes of this research health and wellbeing is seen as the provision of an urban environment that minimises the occurrences of ill health or disease and supports a feeling of physical, emotional and psychological wellness.
