  • to work with British Rowing to appoint an independent adjudicator for the competition
  • to submit results within 24 hours of completion of your competition
  • to send photos of category winners after completion of your competition
  • to make your event inclusive for all students at your university and other local institutions
  • to invite all sports clubs at your university and local community rowing clubs to take part
  • to enter, via your athletic union or students’ union, all eligible competitors from your university into the BUCS Indoor Rowing Championships via the online BUCScore system

You must discuss your intention to host part of the UIRS 2016 with your students' union / athletic union and make them aware of all the above requirements. By continuing with this application you are deemed to have the permission of your university to host a UIRS 2016 event and the consented use of your university name and image rights. Applications received which do not have the approval of the university students' union / athletic union will not be considered for hosting.
