Introduction

7% of survey complete.
Working in teams is not without its challenges, but they can also be productive and rewarding for members. We are seeking to understand more about virtual teams and co-located teams, and the role personality differences might play.

When teams collaborate across geographical boundaries, this enables organizations to take advantage of time differences and operate 24 hours a day. Travel costs are reduced and teams are able to respond quickly to rapidly changing business challenges. However, building and developing relationships, cohesion and trust remains a challenge. These challenges are not exclusive to virtual teams, and we are interested to explore these issues within co-located teams too.

We will publish a summary report of the results, including some practical hints and tips, on www.themyersbriggs.com once data collection is complete.

This survey has 4 sections:
  • About you
  • You and your team
  • Team culture
  • Your views on working in a team
The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
