TOBY O’BRIEN FOUNDATION BURSARY ENQUIRY FORM

A bursary to cover the full fee for the Newlyn School of Art Mentoring Programme.

If the successful applicant (aged between 18 and 35) lives outside of West Cornwall the bursary includes accommodation for two nights of each session you are with us.
