The Sophia Forum and Terrence Higgins Trust would like to gather information about how women in the UK feel about HIV prevention and testing.
If you are ever worried about getting HIV, or have thought about having, or have had an HIV test, we warmly invite you to fill in this survey. We are also interested in understanding how women who are not usually seen as ‘at risk’ for HIV (such as lesbian and bisexual women) feel about HIV.
This survey is for women to share their views on HIV prevention – what information and services women want to protect themselves from HIV. The responses will help Sophia Forum and THT develop clear plans that will be used to advocate nationally for training, services and policies that improve the lives of all women concerned about HIV.
It should take you around 20 minutes. Your completion of this survey is entirely voluntary. All the information you provide will be kept secure and fully confidential. Although we may wish to use the answers you provide in our final research report, no information we include will allow for you to be personally identified in any way.
If you would like more information about the surveys, if you would like to be kept up to date with the project, or if you would like to be involved with our media work around HIV and women, please contact Longret.Kwardem@tht.org.uk.
If you complete the survey you can be entered into a prize draw to win a luxury pampering hamper.
Details about THT and Sophia Forum can be found at the end of the survey.
