Introduction to Research
Our goal at The Manager Hub is to help organisations equip their managers for the new working world.
The intention of this research is primarily to explore how you see the next 12 months and what this might mean for People Managers.
We appreciate that different organisations across many geographies are at various stages of emerging from lockdown and it's difficult to predict what will happen in the immediate future, so we have deliberately focused attention towards the next 12 months up to September 2021.
Nobody has all the answers so we ask that you respond to the questions with your point of view based on the information you have available to you, whether you work for an organisation, run your own business or are currently not employed.
