Welcome

This survey forms part of a project by the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Women's Engineering Society to better understand the career experiences of engineers.

The survey explores the current roles, career history, job satisfaction, workplace culture, and ambitions of engineers. To enable comparison of responses and the survey also collects information about you and your personal circumstances. These are anonymised and will not be passed on to anyone.

We would like to attract as many engineers as possible to complete the survey so at the end of the survey we will ask you to pass on the survey link to colleagues and friends and encourage them to complete the survey.

The survey will take about 15 minutes for you to complete.

Questions marked with an asterisk require an answer.
