About our survey

Sutton's care homes have had to respond to the impact of COVID-19 since March. We want to know your experience as a care home resident during this time so we can feedback to the care home and help make your experience better in the future.

We will also be compiling a report using the responses from all the care homes in the London Borough of Sutton (79) that will be shared with the NHS, Sutton Council and others so that action can be taken to make improvements.

Healthwatch Sutton is the people's champion for health and care in the Borough. We use the views of residents to recommend changes locally.
