This survey is for those with comments about any support group advertised on the Alopecia UK website.  For example you may have suggestions of things you would like to see your group do, you might have a compliment about your group or group lead or you may wish to suggest ways in which things could improve.  We are interested in hearing about any comments you may have whether you have just read the webpage, contacted the group lead, or been along to the group, if you have anything you want to tell us at Alopecia UK you can do so here. 

Responses will be reviewed on a regular basis and help us to effectively grow and develop the support group network as well as ensure effective management and co-ordination.
