The PLSA would like to get your views on the Stronger Nudge to Pensions Guidance regulations being consulted on by DWP in England, Wales and Scotland. We expect these to be introduced into Northern Ireland soon after, so are keen to hear from members in all home nations.
 
The Stronger Nudge will involve the pension scheme booking a Pension Wise appointment for individual savers who haven’t received Pension Wise guidance already, prior to them exercising one of their decumulation options. The saver will have the right to opt out of the appointment.

It is important that we hear from all types and sizes of DC pension schemes, but are particularly interested in the impact on smaller DC schemes.
