The Life Story Quest is a fun activity we've developed to support people facing social isolation by using life stories as a positive reason for people to engage with each other.

We believe in social distancing, not social isolation!  Therefore we are developing a daily series of structured question prompts that we will be sharing on a regular basis that can be used to start a conversation, either by email and/or phone - so no physical contact is necessary!

With schools closed, we especially hope that children will use this as an activity with their grandparents.  We will also be sharing help sheets that have hints and tips about writing and recording stories so that families can use this as a way to record their family history.  We hope people will see this as a way to create something positive and worthwhile from the current situation.

To help us develop the Quest, we would be grateful if you could help us by completing our survey which will help us understand a little more about our potential Questers!  The scheme will be completely free.
