Shifts are 30-35 hours per week within our opening Hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm Saturday 9am - 2pm. Once trained, you areble to manage your own hours
Sterling Insurance probation period lasts 12 months and you will be provided with feedback on how you are progressing. Your salary will be subject to review and any potential increase will depend on your overall performance throughout your probation period.

Benefits
• Basic Salary packages for the first 12 months starting at £20,000 depending on experience - opportunities for paid overtime once trained.
• Staff are assessed and graded after 12 months and are given a salary according to their grade. With hard work and dedication to the role it is possible to achieve our higher grade where you can earn over £26,000 per annum depending on what department your role is in.
• Holiday Entitlement standard 25 days + bank holidays, rising to 31 days for longer serving staff.
• Performance Related Bonus – Up to £250 each Month.
