Introduction
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this survey. At LICC, we are keen to learn about what discipleship looks like for people in their everyday lives, and the role of spiritual practices within that.
This survey will be completed by other people within your church community, as well as by people in other churches around the UK. Your church leader(s) will be sent the overall results of the survey for your whole church, but they will not be able to see any one individual’s responses. So, please be as open and honest as you can when completing this.
