Part of our strategy to ‘make renting better’ is to develop an in-depth understanding of the issues affecting tenants, landlords and the private rented sector. To achieve this we are conducting quarterly surveys to assess the state of the private rented sector and understand the issues that impact on landlords.

We would appreciate your help in completing this short survey.

Before you decide, you need to understand why this research is being done and what it would involve for you. Please take the time to read the following information carefully.

Your involvement in this research project is entirely voluntary, anonymous and you are free to withdraw at any point.

Any information that you choose to share will be kept confidential, and only anonymous aggregated data will be presented in the report. We would appreciate honest and precise answers to the questions, as these will help us to campaign better on your behalf.

We appreciate you taking the time (estimated ten minutes) to complete this survey and it will help greatly to provide an up-to-date understanding of the key issues and trends in affecting private landlords like yourself.
