As a charity we work on a broad spectrum of different projects all of the time. We're often looking for people with specific skills to help us drive forward these projects, for example by providing expert advice or technical support.

Regardless of your area of expertise, if you think you'd be happy to share your skills with us to help us accelerate a cure, please let us know by answering the questions below. Please feel free to include as much or as little information as you like.

By completing this survey you aren't committing to donate your skills, it will just give us a better idea of the expertise held within our community.
