Lleisiau Bach yn Cael Eu Clywed ydi ein Prosiect newydd Loteri Fawr ar gyfer 2017 - 2020. Mae'n galluogi plant ac oedolion i gyd weithio yn eu cymunedau i ddod a newid cadarnhaol. Rhedir y proseiect Am Ddim, a caiff ei redeg gan ein tim sydd a dros 10 mlynedd o brofiad yn datblygu a rhedeg y dull Lleisiau Bach ‘Plant Fel Ymchwilwyr’. Cyflwynodd gwaith blaenorol y tim - Lleisiau Bach yn Galw Allan yr adroddiad cyntaf i Bwyllgor y Cenhedloed Unedig ar Hawliau'r Plentyn gan blant o dan 11 yn 2015. Roedd hefyd yr unig brosiect o Gymru i gyrraedd rownd olaf y gwobrau ymgysylltu a'r cyhoedd 'National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement' yn Nhachwedd 2016. Yn cystadlu yn erbyn timoedd ymchwil o'r safon uchaf o brifysgolion o amgylch y DU, ennillodd y tim y clod isod:
‘… bu'r prosiect yma yn cynnwys plant a phobl ifanc mor ifanc a 7 fel ymchwilwyr actif mewn modd sy'n esiampl, yn defnyddio ymchwil i adlewyrchu yn feirniadol ar faterion sy'n bwysig iddyn nhw, ac i gysylltu a phobl sy'n gwneud penderfyniadau i ddangos eu canfyddiadau’
Yn defnyddio fframwaith yr UNCRC, mae'r prosiect yn cefnogi plant i ddewis a rhedeg ymchwil a gweithio gydag eraill i gweisio creu newid yn eu cymunedau lleol neu i'r gymdeithas ehangach. Mae'r prosiect newydd Lleisiau Bach yn Cael Eu Clywed yn hyrwyddo ymchwil oed gynhwysol ac eiriolaeth ar gyfer newid cymunedol. Mae’n agored i grwpiau/sefydliadau sy’n gweithio hefo plant sydd a rhwystrau i gyfranogi.

Little Voices Being Heard is our new Big Lottery funded project for 2017 – 2020. It enables children and adults to work together in their communities to bring about positive change. The project is delivered FREE, and is delivered by our team with over 10 years’ experience in developing and delivering the Lleisiau Bach ‘Children as Researchers’ method. The team’s work on the previous project Little Voices Shouting Out delivered the first child-led research report by children under 11 to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child in 2015, and was the only Welsh finalist in the National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement awards in November 2016. Competing against the highest quality research teams from universities throughout the UK, the team won the following accolade:
‘… this project took an exemplary approach to involving young people as young as 7 as active researchers, using research to reflect critically on issues that really matter to them and to communicate their findings to key decision-makers’
Using the framework of the UNCRC, the project supports children to select and carry out research and to work with others to negotiate change relevant to their local communities or wider society. The new project Little Voices Being Heard promotes age-inclusive research and advocacy for community development and action. It is open to groups/organisations who are working with children with additional barriers to participation.
