Secondary school transfer experience

Our Voice is asking parents of year 6 and year 5 children with SEND living in Enfield, about their experience of visiting secondary schools leading up to the year 7 transfer. The anonymised information given to the LA will be used to make recommendations where necessary, as well as highlight areas of good practice.

The survey is very short, and should only take around 5 minutes to complete.
To thank you for your time, we will be selecting 3 participants at random to receive a prize of a £20 Amazon voucher. Please make sure you include your name and email address if you would like to be included in the draw.

If you have visited more than one school, we would be most grateful if you could fill out a separate survey for each school.

It would be helpful if you could provide us with your contact details in case there are any points that need clarification (as well as to participate in the prize draw).  Your contact details will not be shared with any third parties as part of this online survey. We will be sharing information from this survey with the Local Authority and schools as appropriate but all information will be anonymised.
