Your understanding & experience of your school nurse

School nurses can work with you, as well as your schools, family and community, to improve your health and wellbeing. They might do this through personal appointments and reviews, or by running wider sessions on general health and wellbeing across your class, year and school.

Public Health England work to protect and improve our health and wellbeing as a nation. They are really interested to know what you, as a young person, think about your school nurse experience.

They have asked us at the British Youth Council to ask you! We believe it's really important all young people feel they have a voice, and completing this survey is one way of achieving that.

This is a chance for you to contribute to a national piece of research and influence future decisions made about how young people are supported.

Please don't worry about your spelling, how long your answers are or if you should know more than you do! Your information is anonymous and will be part of a bigger report. We just want to know what you think!

Thanks for your time and your contributions!
