Welcome to our survey regarding SEN support at school

South Glos Parents and Carers would like your views on the education your child receives. SGPC have Parent Representatives on various Partnership Boards and Working Groups and we want to ensure we are accurately feeding back the collective voice of our community in order to improve the education of all of our children.

To help us with this we are producing short specific surveys that are quick for you to complete as you will only be asked about information that is relevant to your child.

This survey is only for parents whose child attends, or has attended in the last 18 months, a mainstream school and does not have an Education and Health Care Plan. If you have received an EHC Plan during this time then please do complete this, but thinking about your experience prior to receiving the Final EHC Plan.

If this survey is not relevant to you then you can leave the survey by clicking the exit button on the top right of the survey. Thank you for your time and we hope you will complete other surveys for us!

Some of the questions you may have answered on previous surveys but we do need to ask again in order to see the whole picture.

Please complete a separate survey for each child that it is relevant to.

All of your responses will be stored securely and kept confidential and  anonymous.

Thank you for your feedback, Your Voice Matters!
