Thank you for your interest in applying to be a Listening Volunteer with Switchboard! Listening Volunteers answer phonecalls, emails and webchats to support LGBTQ+ people with questions or who just want to chat. You'll commit to
- three sessions of online training
- two shifts a month once you're qualified.
This application is the first step of the recruitment process. The second stage is an interview.
The answers to the following questions will be used to help us recruit listening volunteers. We won't use your information for anything else.
