Registration for the ERS International Congress 2016

This form is in four parts. Please complete the form as follows:

Part 1 – Organisation and delegate details

In this part you need to give details about your organisation and the delegate you want to register.

Part 2 – Congress sessions selected

Please fill in the names of five sessions during the ERS International Congress that you wish to attend.

Part 3 - Type of registration

In this part you need to tell us whether you are applying for a free Congress registration or for a reduced rate registration.

Part 4 – Bursaries

Please fill in this part if you would like to apply for a €600 bursary.
