Thank you for your interest in the 12th Annual European CME Forum (#12ECF) and this Annual CME Survey. Your input will help us to make the most of a unique opportunity in international CME at the upcoming Forum taking place at University of Manchester, UK, 6-8 November 2019. Go to: http://www.europeanCMEforum.eu for more details.

We will take a snapshot of this survey at intervals to help with our planning, please complete it at your earliest convenience, but it will run right up until the meeting, when, as in previous years, we will present the results. We are currently working on an analysis of the past 11 years to be published in JECME later this year.

European CME Forum meetings are highly interactive, with a lot of engagement between the faculty and delegates, however, in order to help make this work, we need to know what motivates our CME community and the questions that are on everyone's minds. With your input we can help guide the workshop leaders, session chairs, speakers and panellists to address the issues that we as a CME community consider to be the issues of highest importance.

There are 9 questions over three pages, a few questions with * are mandatory. When answering, please imagine yourself in the European CME setting, and what you would consider to be best practice in CME.

This should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete. And as a token of our appreciation we will offer you a special discount code should you wish to register for the meeting -- details on the last page.
