Physical activity advice for colorectal cancer patients

To complete this survey we would like you to think of patients you see who are undergoing or have recently completed potentially curative treatment for colorectal cancer.
We are interested in any physical activity advice or interventions you may or may not discuss with these patients and in general your views on providing such advice.
This questionnaire should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.
Many thanks for taking the time to complete this survey - it is very much appreciated.
