This survey is part of a project started by the Mental Health Alliance (MHA), a partnership of statutory services, charity organisations and community groups, including Town and Parish Councils. The MHA is working towards promoting mental wellbeing and improving access to sources of support and self-help.

The aim of the survey is to collect information about general mental health and wellbeing and what you know about accessing mental wellbeing support. There are also questions on the impact of COVID-19. The information will be used to help organisations to understand the mental health needs of the Island communities and signpost people to relevant sources of support.

It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All response data collected will remain anonymous and you will not be able to be identified from the findings. Thank you for your time.
