The Property Fund Vision Handbook is the 400 page PDF document which is a public document available from the MSCI website (link).

The AREF Questionnaire consists of two excel documents:

1. The Database Collection Template (DCT)

2. The Pooled Property Questionnaire

Data from these templates feed into the Property Fund Vision Handbook and the AREF/IPD UK Quarterly Property Fund Index, although not all the information is published in the Property Fund Vision Handbook.
