TSSA is carrying out an electronic referendum of members to seek feedback and therefore decide on whether to accept the pay deal offered by GWR.
 
We ask for your details so that we can confirm that the responses are genuine and relevant to the staff that we want to receive feedback from. Without this confirmation the responses could be from anyone and therefore skew our results. We will of course keep the identities of individuals to ourselves and will only use them if we need to contact you direct to query your responses, the collective anonymised responses will be used to feedback to the company.
