The NUJ is conducting a survey of all members to assess their training needs.

In order to continue to make the professional training as relevant as possible, we want to know from you the kind of skills you would like to acquire to develop your career. And we want your ideas and suggestions for new training courses.
We know from many of you that attending courses away from home can often be challenging, which is also why we’re planning to develop and launch more online courses over the next 12 months.

The final section of the survey is aimed at those NUJ members who act as workplace reps, helping colleagues and negotiating with managements to get the best possible deals for their members. We want to make sure our lay reps have all the training they need to perform their role with confidence.
