Is the North Mid hospital treating everyone fairly?

Healthwatch Haringey would like to hear from a wide range of people about their experiences of using North Middlesex University Hospital, in order to see how well the hospital currently responds to the diversity of its patients and visitors – and how it can improve. This survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

All of the information you share with us will be stored confidentially and securely. We will not ask you for your name or contact details, so your answers will be anonymous. We will share the findings from this survey with the North Mid Hospital, so that they can look at where they need to make improvements to create an inclusive and welcoming hospital for everyone.
