Northlands Surgery Calne: Patient Survey 2020/2021

Northlands patients are invited to take part in our Annual Survey which is taking place throughout December 2020 and January 2021, which was compiled in consultation with our Patient Participation Group. Your answers are anonymous and will only be used to improve the Northlands patient experience. It should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. This year has been challenging for all of us and like all other organisations the surgery has needed to be constantly adapting and updating the way it works in line with Government directives during Covid-19. Please bear this in mind when answering the following short questionnaire. It has been created to try and reflect the current situation.
