The Naval Families Federation are in the process of building a dedicated Immigration and Visa Information page on our website for those who are considering joining the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, and for all currently serving Naval Service personnel and their family members.
We are looking at all types of scenarios based on your lived experiences of the issues that you encounter on yours/ your family members journey through the immigration process into the UK, Settlement in the UK, British Citizenship and any other immigration matters. Bearing in mind that the immigration process for Armed Forces personnel and their families has changed significantly since the inclusion of Appendix Armed Forces of the Immigration Rules in December 2013, we would like your help in ensuring that we target the right kind of information and advice on our website from the outset.
