Netherlands Study Trip

The Rural Youth Project is offering five places for young people from Scotland (aged 18-28) to join 10 Scottish Enterprise Rural Leaders on a trip to the Netherlands from 13 to 17 May.

The trip, joined by Jane, will be led by Dirk-Jan (DJ) Kloet who attended last year’s Ideas Festival from the Netherlands and will look at the Urban- Rural relationship. Visits will include a floating dairy, a meeting with Dutch young leaders, a zero-neutral chicken farm and a bakery that is bridging the urban-rural gap.

Accommodation, travel costs and some food are included so you just need to cover your own travel insurance, a couple of lunches and any spending money.

If you are interested in applying for the trip please click here to complete the application form or email hello@ruralyouthproject.com for more information.
