Please tell us about any time you have had an accident/incident on the hills or mountains.  If you self-evacuated, or needed help from someone or an organisation, we would like to hear from you.  We are not collecting any personal details, and all information provided will be anonymous. 

What will we do with all this information and stories?
We are hoping that the information you tell us will help us better understand what is causing accidents in the mountains; who is having them; and how people are learning from them.  We hope that this will lead to better education resources and ultimately, less pressure on the Mountain Rescue Teams and the loved ones of those involved.
