Growth mindset stems from the belief that intelligence can grow, and that individuals can achieve their potential given the motivation, effort, strategies and support. We are aware that the idea of developing a growth mindset is being used in many schools and education establishments around the country, but it isn't clear exactly where it is happening and to what level. As well as helping hundreds of schools to develop growth mindset practice, we have created this survey in an attempt to understand what is happening and where, and to find out what people think of mindset. This will help us to plan and focus our support, and recognise and address challenges.
