Mind in Brighton & Hove's LiVE Project is researching local people's views and experiences around being prescribed medication. If you are aged 16 or over, live in Brighton & Hove and have lived experience of mental health issues, either personally or as a carer, we would love to hear your views.

We will use feedback from this survey to put together a report for Brighton and Hove Council and local CCG to help develop and inform services.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.

All feedback will be kept strictly anonymous, but please leave your contact details at the end if you would like to be entered into a prize draw for £30 of shopping vouchers.

We are currently working in partnership with YMCA Right Here to better understand young people’s experiences of mental health and local services. If you (or the person you care for) are aged 13-25, they are also looking for your thoughts around medication and treatment. You can find their survey by clicking here.

If you are looking for support for your mental health and wellbeing, you can find information on local and national services on our website.

Thank you for taking part.
