Voluntary and community groups in Merthyr

The Bevan Foundation is a charity based in Merthyr Tydfil. We have been asked by Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil (VAMT) to undertake a survey to find out about how Coronvirus may have affected your organisation. 

Completing this survey will help VAMT to plan support for the third sector over the coming months.  We would be very grateful if you could help - the survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. 

We value your privacy. Your answers to this survey will held on a password protected website and will only be seen by the research team, unless you would like us to specifically feed your response back to VAMT. We will hold your answers securely for 12 months then destroy them securely. We may use some of your answers as quotes in the report, but we will not identify you.
