We will add your Mash Meet to our web site, we will take bookings up to the maximum number you specify and will send you a list of bookings 48 hours before the event. You can contact us at any time to check numbers if you wish. 
You are just responsible for bookings from those schools you invite.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Mash Meet within 5 working days if insufficient numbers in terms of staff or schools are booked, or if there are unforeseen circumstances which make the event impossible to deliver. In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will inform all delegates booked via our web site, but it is the hosting school's responsibility to inform those they have booked.
