Introduction

Feeding Liverpool, as part of the city’s Good Food Plan, is working to produce interactive maps of food provision across the city.

In August 2020, we created a simple map of affordable food initiatives (such as community markets, food clubs, pantries, food unions and community shops), which includes details about your organisation. (If your organisation is not already on the map please contact naomi@feedingliverpool.org to be added.)

In order to update this map, and make it consistent with the information we have recently gathered from emergency food providers in Liverpool, we would like to ask you to complete this short survey.

This survey will ask you to confirm your details on the existing map, and add some additional information.

We will also ask about your current processes, to enable Feeding Liverpool, along with the other Good Food Plan partners including Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services, to learn more about and be able to provide greater support for Liverpool’s affordable food initiatives.

Before starting this survey – please do the following:

·      Check the details on our current map - http://www.feedingliverpool.org/resources

·      Gather information about how many ‘members’ or similar your affordable food initiatives currently has

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. All the information provided in this survey will be stored safely by Feeding Liverpool.

For questions about this survey or the maps please contact Dr Naomi Maynard at naomi@feedingliverpool.org.
