Thank you for taking this short questionnaire about LeithChooses 2021. The data collected will contribute to improvements to future LeithChooses events. It is conducted by the LeithChooses 2021 steering group (chair Councillor Susan Rae: susan.rae@edinburgh.gov.uk). The questionnaire should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

- to find out more about LeithChooses 2021’s audience
- to find out how effective LeithChooses 2021’s advertising was
- to find out what people feel about LeithChooses 2021 voting system
- to find possible improvements to future LeithChooses processes
- to understand the substantial uptick in turnout in the 2021 online-only vote.
What will be done with my data?
Your anonymity is guaranteed. Your data will be anonymised and combined with the data provided by all other questionnaire respondents. (This will be done automatically by the questionnaire mechanism.) An analysis will then be undertaken on this combined data. A report will be published in summer 2021. Individuals will not be identifiable from this.
