The Transparency Project would like to compile information about the experience of lawyers attending as 'legal bloggers' under the Rule 36J pilot. We would therefore be grateful if you would take the time to complete this form and send it to us at: …..

Please do not provide the names of any party involved in the case you reported on, or any identifying information. Please do not provide the detail of what was discussed in court unless this has been permitted.

We will not disclose your name nor any identifying details about you in any publication or presentation arising from this data gathering exercise.
